A Victorian home that was originally erected in 1883 recently had the misfortune of coming under the wrecking ball despite the fact that the new homeowner offered to give the house away if some person or organization would foot the bill to have it moved. So while yet another piece of Garden City’s legacy winds up on the rubble heap of the past, it’s important to remember that the village founded by A.T.
