Woman Attacked On Post Ave.



Detectives are looking for a man who attempted to sexually assault a woman early the morning of Oct. 22.

According to detectives, a 22-year-old woman was walking north on Post Avenue in the vicinity of Maple Avenue around 12:40 a.m. when she was approached by an unknown male subject that grabbed her from behind, causing her to fall to the ground. The subject attempted to sexually assault her. An unidentified male witness intervened and caused the subject to flee on foot eastbound toward Maple Ave. The victim suffered a minor laceration to her ear and refused medical attention at the scene. 

The subject is described as Hispanic, medium build, facial hair, 40-50 years of age, wearing blue jeans, brown boots,and a black hooded jacket.
